The company accepts that there is no employer-employee relationship in this agreement. Security personnel have no claims against the customer and are not responsible for wages, allowances and other benefits. Similarly, the Company releases the customer for any claim, loss, damage and damage suffered by security personnel for any event likely to occur on the Customer`s premises, including, but not limited to, intentional acts or omissions or negligence of security personnel during the effectiveness of this Agreement. It is the company`s responsibility to guarantee any license for the employment and duty of security personnel. A security agreement is a two-part contract in which one of them, known as a customer, uses the services of a security agency providing security services to the customer.

This agreement is drafted in such a way as to conclude a contract between the parties on the terms of the security services. It sets out guidelines for how the client should have the conditions for securing that client`s premises and possibly deterring unauthorized access to the client`s premises. The conclusion of a contract protects the parties with respect to their rights, as it defines the obligations of compliance with the enterprise contract. It also sets the duration of its agreement and thus ensures a purely professional relationship between the parties. The parties agree that the customer pays the company $4,999.00 per security personnel per position for services provided by the Company. Payment is made on the 10th and 25th of each month. Wages are not paid directly or indirectly to security guards and all compensation to be paid to security personnel is paid to the company. The security guards made available by the company will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 3 teams a day for 8 horns per post. CONSIDERING that the company whose expertise provides security services accepts and accepts the client`s job offer; Any sensitive or proprietary information that contracting parties may acquire from each other under this agreement is considered confidential information.

The contracting party that receives this confidential information retains confidential information and exercises the degree and diligence required by law. The client has the right to supervise security personnel during the shift. If the client has doubts about security personnel, the customer can file a complaint with the Company and the complaint must be resolved accordingly, including, but not only about the replacement of security personnel. This agreement benefits and binds the estates and transfers of the parties.
