CE 94/2017 (HY) Review of the feasibility of the Metro Pedestrian System at Causeway Bay – Feasibility Study The study is conducted jointly by the CEDD and the planning department. It`ll take about 25 months. The consultant is required to determine its feasibility and optimize the scale and scale of the planned commercial development and the development of other economic activities using high-level and underground surfaces on the island, to recommend the concept of global development, including market positioning and operating strategy, and to conduct environmental and technical assessments.
